Is there a way to stop windows 8 from closing down applications to the running apps bar, as this stops the application from continuing to run, as I need programs to run while I am away from the computer, as I render small animations they still take a fair amount of time and this is impractical if the OS shuts down my running process, this can only be an annoyance to other people as well, I find the same thing when I'm playing a movie on a DVD, windows 8 seems to have a bad habit of doing this is there a way to stop this, Is there a setting to stop this or a work around.
